Monospindle multiblade trimming machine

The DONATONI RD single-pass trimming machines are designed to make longitudinal cuts on marble tiles and strips and they find many applications in several processing sectors and phases: for trimming jobs after the polishing line; to square up shapeless pieces; to make skirting strips; for mosaics and stone bases in the decoration stone sector.

The main strenghts of trimming machines type RD are:

- Cutting up to 150 mm thick material
- Can be equipped with motor power up to 75 kW
- Belt table controlled by inverter
- Belt speed can be adjusted through a potentiometer
- Vertical stroke for the adjustment of cutting depth, blade diameter and blade wear
- Belt-driven power transmission
