Splitting machine for samples

The DONATONI SC2 splitting machine is designed to split marble, granite and engineered stones with max 150 mm widths. It allows extremely accurate cuts of specific products such as skirtings, inserts, samples, etc.

The main strenghts of the splitting machine type SC2 are:

- Cutting thickness regulation through the vertical movement of the belt surface, shown on display, ensuring greater cutting accuracy
- Belt table controlled by inverter
- Belt speed adjustable through a potentiometer
- Easy and quick change of diamond blades
- Equipped with a motorised lateral material guide, with positioning shown on a display
- Equipped with guide and pressers to ensure alignment and adherence during the cutting phase
- Belt-driven power transmission
- Feed rate adjustment in case of blades’ overload
