The increasing demand of cladding products for ventilated facades, both for indoor comfort (containment of energy consumption and acoustic insulation) and to respond to current trends in bulding outside architecture, has pushed COSTRUZIONI MECCANICHE DONATONI to think, design and manufacture a machine, the SK-03, which can make anchoring systems housings, responding to the required jobs in a technological, precise and reliable way.

The SK-03 has been conceived to cut 45° grooves on ceramic suitable to house a particular anchoring system.

- a roller conveyor on entry that allows central positioning of the material;
- belt driven bench, complete with material guides (fixed and mobile);
- No. 3 beams with a spindle carriage travelling on each of them;
- No. 6 cutting units for slot-kerf cuts, coupled and positioned one opposite the other on the carriage.
