Horizontal profiling machine for concrete

The SG-K/625 profiling machine:

- it has a compact and essential design, with attention to the operator's safety and to the ergonomics of the operator-machine combination;
- on the spindle shaft a bar is mounted with diamond-coated tools distanced by special aluminum spacers that allow shaping at different widths. This system guarantees the simplest and quickest change of grinding tools and greater versatility when changing sizes;
- it has the support surface formed by a thick, motorized rubber belt with adjustable feed speed according to the shape and type of material to be processed;
- it allows easily the adjustment of the working depth or the thickness of the workpieces thanks to the vertical stroke of the bridge;
- it is equipped with a lateral guide system and an upper pressure system that allows the material to be guided while being processed, making sure to obtain final products with good dimensional tolerance.
