Multiblade trimming machine with independent units
The DONATONI multiple blade trimming machines type R4E are designed for single-pass longitudinal cutting of strips and tiles.
A special feature is their ability to electronically adjust the distance between blades to offer maximum flexibility when changing product dimensions.

R4E trimming machines:
- they have their support surface made of a motorized rubber belt with adjustable feed speed depending on the thickness and the type of workpiece;
- they have perfect sawing precision thanks to special lateral belt guide devices;
- they can mount a variety of cutting units (from 1 to 3) to adapt to different output and processing requirements;
- they make precise cuts thanks to side traversing of each spindle that uses a prismatic guide system and also thanks to a rigid and workpiece clamping system;
- the production flexibility is guaranteed because each spindle has independent movements (traverse, lift/lower), and drives;
- they can cut workpieces of varying sizes and thicknesses at high production rates;
- each movement takes place in total safety. Wear and maintenance are reduced to a minimum.
