Donatoni was
founded in 1957 as a one-man business by Carlo Donatoni. Over the years it has
accrued the experience and the capacity to find the specific solutions at the
problems presented by his customers.
In the
early nineties, the company was incorporated, under the style
“Costruzioni Meccaniche Donatoni” so boosting its business.
It focused on perfecting, in a market that requires increasing "specialization",
its own experience and knowledge regarding cutting and finishing work pieces, made
of natural stone and designing and manufacturing high quality and highly durable
plants and machinery. At the present "Costruzioni Meccaniche Donatoni" occupies a 20,000 square meter area with 10,000 square meters of industrial building. The entire production process takes place at the plant:
